Exchange policy

At Kaaya each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it for you.

However, in the rare event that you receive a defective product we offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The request must be raised within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged products.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.
